TokPilot（以下稱「本服務」）由 178 AI創業品牌平台經營，協助使用者排程並發布影片到自己的 TikTok 帳號。本政策說明我們蒐集哪些資料、如何使用與保護。

TokPilot ("the Service") is operated by 178 AI Entrepreneur Brand Platform and helps users schedule and publish videos to their own TikTok accounts. This policy explains what we collect and how we use and protect it.

1. 我們蒐集的資料 Information We Collect

• 註冊資料：名稱、Email、加密後的密碼。
• TikTok 授權資料：當你按「連結 TikTok」並同意後，我們從 TikTok 取得你的 open_id、顯示名稱、頭像，以及存取權杖（access token／refresh token）。我們不會取得或儲存你的 TikTok 密碼。
• 你上傳的影片、文案與排程設定。
• 發布結果與公開成效數字（觀看、愛心、留言、分享數），僅限透過本服務發布的影片。

Account data (name, email, hashed password); TikTok authorization data (open_id, display name, avatar, access/refresh tokens) obtained with your consent via TikTok Login Kit — we never receive your TikTok password; videos, captions and schedules you upload; publish results and public metrics for videos posted through the Service.

2. 使用方式 How We Use It

僅用於：依你的指示在你指定的時間把影片發布到你的 TikTok 帳號、顯示發布狀態與成效、寄送你設定的通知。我們不會販售你的資料，也不會用你的帳號發布你沒有排程的內容。

Solely to publish your videos to your TikTok account at the times you choose, show publish status and metrics, and send notifications you enabled. We do not sell your data or post anything you did not schedule.

3. 保存與安全 Storage & Security

TikTok 權杖以 AES-256-GCM 加密儲存；網站全程 HTTPS。影片在發布成功後預設 7 天自動刪除原始檔。

TikTok tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; all traffic uses HTTPS. Video files are deleted by default 7 days after successful publishing.

4. 取消授權與刪除 Revocation & Deletion

你可以隨時在「帳號」頁移除 TikTok 帳號（我們會同時向 TikTok 撤銷授權），或在 TikTok App「設定 → 安全性 → 管理應用程式權限」移除本服務。如需刪除全部資料，請 Email 聯絡我們，我們會在 30 天內處理。

You may remove a TikTok account on the Accounts page at any time (we also revoke the token with TikTok) or in the TikTok app settings. To delete all your data, email us; we will process it within 30 days.

5. 第三方服務 Third Parties

本服務使用 TikTok 官方 API 發布內容；如管理員啟用，也可能使用已通過 TikTok 審核的橋接服務（Upload-Post）及 AI 文案服務（Google Gemini／OpenAI／Anthropic），僅傳送完成該功能必要的資料。

We use TikTok's official APIs. If enabled by the administrator, the Service may also use an audited bridge provider (Upload-Post) and AI copywriting providers (Google Gemini / OpenAI / Anthropic), sending only data necessary for that function.
