1. 服務內容 The Service

TokPilot 讓使用者上傳自己的影片、撰寫文案，並排程發布到自己授權的 TikTok 帳號。

TokPilot lets users upload their own videos, write captions and schedule publishing to TikTok accounts they have authorized.

2. 使用者責任 Your Responsibilities

• 只發布你擁有權利的原創內容，不得搬運他人或其他平台的內容。
• 遵守 TikTok 社群自律守則、服務條款與音樂使用確認。
• 商業或業配內容須依 TikTok 規定開啟商業內容揭露。
• 每次發布前，你會看到目標帳號、觀看權限、互動設定並明確同意。

Only publish original content you have rights to; do not repost others' content. Comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service and Music Usage Confirmation. Disclose commercial content as required. Before each post you review the target account, privacy and interaction settings and give explicit consent.

3. 發布限制 Limits

TikTok 對每個帳號每日發布數量有限制，本服務預設每帳號每日最多 10 則；超過時會自動順延。TikTok 的審核、限流或停權決定不在本服務控制範圍內。

TikTok limits daily posts per account; the Service defaults to at most 10 per account per day and postpones extra posts. TikTok's moderation decisions are outside our control.

4. 服務變更與終止 Changes & Termination

我們可能因 TikTok 政策變動調整功能。違反本條款的帳號可能被停用。

Features may change following TikTok policy updates. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended.

本服務以「現況」提供，不保證影片觀看成效。

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of video performance.
